Financial Times presents the fastest growing European companies in April 2017. The FT 1000 is a first edition of the special report compiled by the business newspaper in cooperation with Statista.de. It identifies the 1,000 European companies with the strongest growth in the years 2012 and 2015. As "growth champions" they are valued for their innovative power and strong growth as the driving force of the European economy in the 21st century. Financial Times stresses the performance of companies in terms of job creation and the maintenance of Europe's competitiveness.

In spring 2017, miha bodytec also opened a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom. The location in the London City will henceforth serve as the British sales center for the company.
